Allergy Store ships medication worldwide. We offer an anonymous delivery to any address. Currently, we use the following delivery methods:
- Standard AirMail delivery. Your order will arrive within 14-21 days. The maximum delivery term is 30 days. All goods are shipped discreet packages and left in your mailbox. This option is NOT trackable;
- EMS (trackable). Choose this option if you need your asthma medication urgently. Delivery usually takes 5-9 days. The maximum delivery term is 14 days. Your order can be tracked online.
Bear in mind that we do not process any orders on the weekend. All orders submitted on the weekend will be processed on Monday. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.
If your order is lost/arrives damaged/arrives incomplete, Allergy Store will reship it for free or will offer a full refund. If this happens, contact our store immediately.
Before you submit your order, be sure to check the delivery address you specified since any inaccuracies in the address may result in non-delivery of the goods. If you noticed that you had provides our store with the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. You will not be able to get a refund if the package did not arrive due to inaccuracies in the address.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you received, you can return it to the store within 30 days. Once we receive the product, we will initiate a refund procedure.
